Our focus is to make the construction process as simple as possible. Each client is assigned a Design & Project Coordinator who knows the project intimately and will give careful consideration to every phase, every detail.
Process Driven
To stay focused on the overall objective of your complete satisfaction, we have adopted procedures for everything involved with your project. Below is a small example showing the basic overall process from introduction to completion and beyond.
- Phase I: Getting Started. We will meet with you at no cost to discuss your needs, explore options and help you to define parameters to meet your budget. We provide a creative, practical approach to fulfill your needs at the budget we establish during our first meeting. From this plan we can provide you with a committed firm cost for your project.
- Phase II: Pre-Construction Meeting. Our installers will contact you to set up an appointment to meet and review the project. At this time, they will confirm the initial measurements taken by the Design & Project Coordinator to ensure accuracy. We also will discuss scheduling and general project questions you might have.
- Phase III: During Construction. The next phase will be making the project a reality by building it for you. You will be able to take full advantage of all of our resources to ensure an efficiently scheduled project and a successful completion.
- Phase IV: After Construction. Enjoy the new look of your home and save money if you chose some of the energy-efficiency products we offer. Hopefully, your investment added value to your home also. Please remember we are just a phone call away if you have any questions or need us to come out for any type of warranty or service.
